Discard tabs
If you right click one or more active tabs you can choose to make them sleep, also called discarding. This makes the tabs unload from your computers memory, thus freeing up some memory. Tabs that are discarded will appear greyed out.You can also press ⌘(Mac)/Ctrl(PC) + D to discard all the current selected tabs.Tabs that are asleep/discarded can also be reloaded by right-clicking and choosing reload in the menu.
